GENERAL QUESTIONS

HUUMë provides natural, vegan, and organic skin care, using fully natural, sustainably-sourced ingredients. All products are free from chemicals, SLS and parabens. 

Although we mainly import most of our ingredients from EU countries, all of our products are formulated, handcrafted and made in Kosovo, with great care, passion and love for what we do. So, when you support local business like ours, it means the world to us!

Furthermore, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified for Quality Management Systems (QMS), so we assure you that our products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.


Go to “My Account” > [Enter Email Address] > Click “Register”.

Once you follow these steps, your account will be active and you will receive an email confirmation. 

If you have placed an order and would like to change your shipping address details, please contact us as soon as possible and a member of our team will assist you further.

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the full order and payment details. Furthermore, whenever there is an update to your order or its shipping status, you will be notified via email.

Alternatively, you can track your orders and payment by logging into your account > visit “My Account” > Orders > Order #.  

If you wish to cancel your order before making a payment, please notify us as soon as possible as we normally ship our items within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.

We always try our best to pack our products with great care to protect them during the delivery process. However, once the orders leave our facility and are out for delivery, it is difficult to know how they are handled.

If there is a legitimate issue with your order, our priority is to make it right, so please do not hesitate to contact us within 14 days of your purchase, and we are happy to assist you further.

When you place a new order, we prepare the items for delivery (note: please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders) and notify the local postal service whom will handle and deliver the parcel to your address.

Orders ship within 3 business days in Kosovo (not including the day the order was placed, Sundays, and Bank Holidays).
